- if you want to read a real-life, real world occurance of
moderate-physical-violence level child abuse regarding a
late-adolescent/junior high school aged child here in the US, you might want
to read this - but only with a box of tissues at your side.
Yes, they do investigate these days - often - but even when something should
be done, the way the system works, and the complexity of the bureaucracy
sometimes make it impossible for anything good to be done.
