Hi,

A website called "The Unofficial Harry Potter Movie Site" reports 
that the second trailer will indeed be out by July and THEY ALSO 
SPECULATE, without any explanation, that it will be "most 
likely...CATS AND DOGS" that will be the movie the trailer precedes.

This website also mentions the third trailer will be due in September.
