very bad day, asks for a pint, only to be handed a pint of B&J by the

Personally, I really didn't like the movie.  It wasn't as bad as I
feared it would be, but I do *not* like 'turn the awkward heroine
beautiful' plot, no matter how they're toned down.  (I hate the whole
Hermione and the Yule Ball scene for that reason.)  Benjamin Bratt is
much prettier than she is anyway. *g*  Others' milage may (and obviously
does) vary.
