Daylight Saving Time begins for most of the United States at 2 a.m.
on the first Sunday of April. Time reverts to standard time at 2 a.m.
on the last Sunday of October. In the European Union, it starts at 1
am the last Sunday in March, and ends the last Sunday in October.
Therefore, it hasn't changed in the US. You panicked me, Neil! I was
suddenly looking at my computer clock (which changes automatically)
and my clock on teh VCR in here to compare. Nope! Not DST yet!
A very interesting site on Daylight saving time.
