Titles (to "pig") ;-)

Hi all,

I'm totally and completely lost on the titles thing, beyond help 
really. So to make me even more confused what would Lord Simon be 
called if he was knighted? Sir Simon, Lord Sir Simon, Sir Lord Simon?
And then what would Hediwig be called.
