Ah, now I understand. Sort of *g*.

Okay. So these people made a movie and didn't get the rights to all of a
book...is it me or does that sound very strange? Although, who knows, maybe
that explains some of the book-to-movie disasters?

I was polite, I have much stronger feelings than came out there.

It does sound awful, but I have hopes for the LOTR movie, though I confess
to not having read the books as yet, I tried to read The Hobbit and just
couldn't get through it. But with the cast in LOTR, there are several who
could get me into a movie with their presence alone, so I will certainly be
seeing the movie.
