It could mean that. I think the Mods were also going for thinking about how 
people might react to your message. Read it through and think if it might be 
inflammatory or possibly offensive towards others. If you would get upset 
reading the message from someone else, someone else would probably get upset 
reading the message from you and you might want to reword it or not send it. 
I guess it's kinda a "think before you speak" rule. That make sense or did I 
just muddy the waters more?

Nah, not stupid, nothing wrong with asking questions at all. Clarification 
is a *good* thing.
