I'll assume you mean "because he's always worked so hard and will 
continue to do so after death," and not send you a Howler for making 
a political dig.

To really give everyone perspective on the Senator's amazing staying 
power, he ran for president in 1948.  Yes, that was a 4, not a typo.

My nomination for Binns actalike is Dick Clark.  I think he departed 
his body a long, long time ago, because no one could continue to live 
in it after everything he's done to modify it.
