Down here in South Carolina, a lot of folks call Strom "the Energiser 
Bunny" for obvious reasons.  He also married a woman in her 30s when 
he was 70 (IIRC).  He's *said* that this is his last term, but I'll 
bet his spirit (or maybe his ghost) will remain.
