They weren't released until this week, actually; I saw space 
dedicated to them at Toys R Us today but no sets actually in. I 
imagine that they've been delayed in arriving due to recent events.

You can get more info on this over at http://www.fbtb.net/hp/ which 
is dedicated to coverage of Harry Potter LEGO and has pictures of the 
sets. It doesn't look like anyone at the FBTB message boards has had 
their sets come in yet, either, and LEGO Shop-at-home is already sold 
out.
