Hi Penny,

 I agree with Jen, Quicktime is much better than RealPlayer or 
Windows Media Player. Quicktime doesn't seem to have the buffering 
problems that RealPlayer or Windows Media Player have and the 
streaming quality is much better. On the downside it takes a little 
longer to download. However a lot of sites only use Quicktime now.

If you just type Quicktime in IE's address window it will take you 
directly to Quicktime's download page.
