My thoughts on the matter are that any of the regular posters who
are college students are probably, like me, being buried in end
of term revision and final exams. I had my first N.E.W.T. today
in Communications Theory *shudder!* and I have three more tests
to take this week. So I don't have time to post to either the
main list or this one much. It's normal to have ebbs and flows
in participation on groups like this, and not just because JKR
hasn't gotten OOP out to us yet. The members here do have "real
lives" that should take precedence over online socialization and
speculation. I'll be able to be more than just a lurker and
part-time poster once this week is over and I get my final marks
for the semester. Of course, after December when I graduate from
University, I'll probably not be able to participate as much
because I'll be out job hunting! :)

I don't think the lists will die... they may snooze for a while,
but I'm sure there's enough insomniacs to keep it ticking over
until there's a new spurt of discussion.
