Question

How would everyone feel if Ron or Hermione were to die in anytime between books 5-7.  This is not directly related to canon, so I can't ask this on the main list.

I know for me, those two are my favorite characters.  Well, the whole trio actually.  If they died I would feel as if a best friend has died.  Yes I know, how sad is that?!

  Though, I know this is possible, with JKR's statement about future books being somwhat darker.

If one of the trio died, would you feel happy, angry, sad, what?  Explain why...
