According to the Internet Movie Database, Daniel was paid $110,000 for SS/PS.  He was then offered US equivalent $181,500 for CoS.  The Actor's Union Equity stepped in and negotiated new terms which increased his salary to approximately $3,000,000.  

I've never read any other actor's salary for either of the movies, though.
