I must have a rather dark view of the world.  I think the new policy 
will be selectively enforced, but not to nab those actually abusing 
their access privileges.  Instead, it will be used to nab those whom 
Big Brother wants to nab for other (legitimate and illegitimate) 
reasons but for whom the personnel file isn't yet fat enough to 
weather a lawsuit.

Cindy (categorically denying that labor lawyers ever think about
