Uh, I don't know of any American men who shave their legs and armpits. I think only wrestlers and body builders do that. Definitely not the average American male.

Well, I can't speak for *most women*, but I would wager quite a bit
that most American men *do not*, repeat *do not* shave their legs and
  arm pits.

However, the one American man that I personally know who does shave
his legs is a triathlete. He is undisputably hunky indeed, and I
suspect he shaves to cut the wind resistance during races. Every
  second counts, you know.

Now that we have found our Mr. January and Mr. February, we are
lacking our Mr. March. I would like to nominate OT-Chatter's newest
member and gorgeous hunk of man-flesh, Luke, as our Mr. March. Rumor
has it that he is a cross between George Clooney and Russell Crowe,
except that Clooney and Crowe are way too *old* to truly capture
  Luke's splendor.

As for the outfit, Luke would look special sporting a medium-size
polar bear skin and snow shoes. Nothing else.

Cindy (wishing it were a leap year to allow an extra 24-hours of
  viewing Mr. February)
