Has it really come to this?  The Houston Texans?  They didn't even 
*try* to give the team an imaginative name.  :-)

I guess this new method of naming sports teams will save everyone a 
lot of time and trouble, though.  No need to hire expensive 
consultants to devise a name that embodies the spirit and image of 
the city.  Now, you can just go with the obvious. The Phoenix 
Arizonans.  The Los Angeles Californians.  The Atlanta Georgians.  
The New York New Yorkers.

I hope this new Houston team never needs to move to a new state, 
because the Boston Texans sounds kind of silly.
