Might check eBay. There's another witch there who
regularly puts up ready-to-plant/pot collections from
her gardens. The quality is excellent, and the prices
good.
I'd have a look at (e.g.) Cunningham's book on herbs
before deciding what you want. As has been pointed
out here&there, some herbs are anathema to others, and
the use is guided by intent.
