www.thewandshop.com
except the boxes aren't dusty, and the wands are the handled type
from the WB Official HP website

http://www.simplicity.com/s2b.htm has lots of patterns for suitable
robes and cloaks and tunics and gowns, including specific witch and
wizard costumes with pointy hats. In case you don't like wandering
around web sites discovering things on your own, I chose some
patterns for you to look at. Click on Costumes (under Crafts), click
on Adults, look at designs:
#8311 -- includes open-front robe and pointy hat
#9309 -- witch's party dress and pointy hat
#9887 -- robe with optional hood, cloak with optional hood, tunic,
pointy hat which is ridiculously bent over in a 'cute' way
click on Children to see #9372, which is their idea of HP robes

I wouldn't want a bumpy, bent, knobby broomstick like the ones shown
in the movie, or worse yet on the WB site! I bought my broom at a
crafts faire from some Appalachian or Ozarks Muggles who thought it
was for sweeping cobwebs out of ceiling corners! I don't remember
their names, but Ask Jeeves found
http://www.art-craftpa.com/moyer.html The brooms in his picture have
handsome braiding but the brush part is wide and flat like a sweeping
broom not round circumference like mine, but he does mention 'jumping
the broom' in his text.

The kind of Ravenclaw scarf that **I** want is NOT the woolly kind
(when would I wear it!?!) but a biiig square of silk (or nylon)
printed with a fancy design with the Ravenclaw arms (the arms from
the WB site, stripey background and realistic eagle) in the center.
And some half-way decent jewelry, silver necklace pendent, seal ring
(in men's sizes: I have fat fingers), scarf pin of Ravenclaw arms...
Aren't there any entrepeneurial people on this list, who could choose
items that would be widely wildly popular and contact WB about
licensing and contact [sweatshops, probably] for manufacturing and go
into business and become rich? Embroidered patches of the Hogwarts
arms, the House arms, maybe the Nimbus logo, maybe the Chudley
Cannons logo, surely would sell well.
