My crummy Sunday... (warning: long and whiny)

Hey, all... just wanted to vent momentarily...
My phone hasn't been working all day... which sucks normally, yes,
but I was supposed to chat with Neil (Ward), who's in the semi-local
area this weekend... so it sucks even more! (Excuse my low-brow
"sucks" ... I'm not in the mood to think up something a little less
crude) Of course, being Sunday, nobody can come look at it,
either... so I'm just out of luck. And of course, just wait.
Tomorrow, it'll work just fine. Stupid phone lines!!!!!!
My husband also starts work again tomorrow. We had a nice long
vacation, but he's a college instructor, and he gets really stressed
out during the semester. Not only that, but now I'm going to be
left at home alone with Ginger all day every day, and that's very
stressful for me. It's a little more relaxed around here with Chris
at home... and Ginger has double the people to play with.
Plus! My feet hurt. Okay, so that doesn't sound THAT bad, but
they've been hurting for months, and in the last couple of weeks,
they've been getting VERY bad. It's finally to the point where I'm
going to have to make an appointment with a doctor, and that's just
annoying.
And! I haven't had more than 2 hours of sleep a night for a week
now. I'm so utterly exhausted that I can't think straight, and I
just hate the thought of having to go to bed at night. I am more
uncomfortable than I expected to be at night - I mean, I'm only 3
months pregnant... though I'm a stomach sleeper, I can't feel the
peanut yet... but I still can't get comfortable!!!!! ARGH!
Okay, Okay. I'll stop now. Dinner's almost ready (Chris is making
it, thank goodness), and though I can never eat more than a couple
of bites at a time, I'm starving. Thanks for wading through this
sad epistle... Next time any of you write one, I'll read yours, too!
I promise!
Jen (who is amazed that a "cheap" weekend in Vegas for a wedding can
still make a mess of the monthly finances...)
