Excellent! The Prydain Chronicles can always use more fans, seeing
as how it is, in my opinion, widely underexposed. I, of course,
can't guarantee you'll like them, but I'd say that if you go in with
a willingness to like them and an understanding that their brilliance
lies in the profundity of their simplicity, then there's certainly a
great deal of hope. Anyway, I won't bias you further.
Yes, The Book of Three is the first volume of the Chronicles. You
are also probably correct in your assessment of how long it will take
to read--it's rather "brisk", you might say, altogether a fairly
speedy read.
Let us know what you think, be it good or ill. I know I'll be
interested to hear about it, even if nobody else is.
