Hear hear! I have never understood what Susan did that was so 
terrible that she deserved to be chastized for it with the loss of 
her entire family. If I had been courted by Kings and Princes in 
Narnia, and then  had to adjust my expectations to the largely 
unNarnian prospects available in economically depressed, drab, 
dismal post-war 1950's England (that's the impression I get 
from reading Agatha Christie), I wouldn't want to talk about it 
either. And I'd be doing my best to look as attractive as I could 
and vet as many prospects as possible. Blargh!
