Oh, sorry to be posting to this thread again, but I had another
thought (mostly why I ditched HP for a piece).  The reading has to be
understandable to someone who is hearing it read out of context. 
Reader is allowed a brief introduction (counted in time), but since HP
is like a serial, with many subplots involved, I think it'd be very
difficult for someone not knowing any background from it to hear
merely a section and fully grasp its implications.

My two cents on UIL Prose Interp.
