Technically, the Silmarillion was published posthumously. It really
was JRT's dictionary rather than an actual *story* for mass consumption.
It's helped me get to sleep on occasion, too.

Mmmm, I have an audio book version read by martin Shaw. I have no idea what
it'a about because it's so damn boring, combine that with Maritn's gorgeous
voice and it's a great way to cure insomnia :)
