Congratulations, ZulyBlue and Katze!  That's awesome news!

Add me to the club.  I'm down 30 pounds over 3 years of generally 
pulling it together and doing some serious and consistent exercise.

Katze, my experience has been that building muscle will keep the 
number on the scale a bit higher than you might like.  But over the 
long haul, if you pay attention to intake, the pounds come off very 
slowly.

In the meantime, you get to be buff, which if kind of fun all by 
itself!
