ADMIN: Virus alert

Dear HPfGU members,

It seems that one of our members has been infected with the PE_Magistr.B
virus (and associated Trojan), and that this has passed itself on to an
number of addresses from the member's address file.

There may be a message, which refers to a story about "Gannon," and a
typical header is: "It was hard not to think."   Various attachments have
been reported, which should not be opened.

Most good virus protection software should deal with the virus, but if you
have become infected, you should make sure you clean up your system to
protect your files and avoid further spread.
