Is it possible to have a Harry Potter overdose? If so, I think I had one today. It all started with a trip to Wal-Mart on my way home from work. Needed to pick up some pictures, you know, and might as well make a pass by the magazines. Well, sure enough, there was Harry on the cover of something or another. I thinkit's official name is J-14 Life Story Movie Magic Deluxe Collector's Edition. Anyway, it's about half Harry Potter, and has some adorable pictures I haven't seen anywhere else. For ten bucks it better. There was also some teeny-bopper music magazine that just happened to have CoS poster inside. So I had to get it too. Naturally. Then on my way to pick up a couple of twelve packs of Coca-Cola (HP collector cards, you know) I saw it. Harry Potter dishes. You know, those they usually do for Barbie and Disney stuff? I had one from SS with Harry on his broomstick. Well, this set had Harry and Ron in the flying car over Hogwarts Express on the plate, Harry on his broomstick on the bowl, and the flying car and Hedwig on the glass. So I got that too.
Then I came home. I had a package from a friend on a doll forum. We do a Christmas gift exchange, and it's a bit early. Who cares, I opened it. First thing I saw? Harry Potter gift bag. Inside it? Harry Potter Hallmark ornament--Harry in the invisibility cloak. I mean putting on the invisibility cloak. You can still see him, of course. :) And all of the packages were wrapped in--you guessed it. Harry Potter wrapping paper.
Then I also got my Jason Carter t-shirt today. Too much, can't take it, must take deep breaths. Calm, all is calm. :)
