British Houses

I know I am late on this topic, but I have to mention that when I 
went over to England in 1995, I thought the houses were much more 
interesting than ours.  I don't know why.  I loved the fact that 
they were attached, and my favorite part was all the different types 
of lace on the windows.  Every house had a different pattern of lace 
in the windows!  It was beautiful.  I visited the parents of a 
friend of mine, and their house was very similar to the Dursley 
house, but smaller. I really loved it over there, but I didn't get 
to spend near enough time in London.  I spent most of the time in 
Ware, around Stevenage, I think.  I could spend two weeks in London 
and not see it all!  Anyone over there want to put me up? ;)  :D
