I think that is what I was wondering.  Was it computer generated for
effect?  The contrast between the Dursley's and the Weasley's
neighborhoods was so great that is seemed comical.

I just find it odd that they would depict Surrey like that when y'all
*know* what it looks like.   But, Hollywood has done stranger things.
