My wand is here!

You will be delighted (why, who wouldn't be?) to know that my wand has arrived, from The Wand Shop.  I was thrilled with it, can't stop waving it around saying things like "Alohamora" and such.  It just feels as though you should say something Latinesque when it's in your hand!  I also got a quill, ink, and parchment.  I was quite pleased to find I had a red quill, there was no choosing the color, I was afraid I'd end up with something hidious.  

Ah, well, off to play--I mean practice--with my wand. :)
