Yahoo hijinks no outgoing email

Well, you can still read, reply, send, and forward mail from the 
Yahoo!Mail-site ( http://mail.yahoo.com ) - I done it several times, 
and it seems to work just fine for me.  It's accessing the thing with 
POP3-programmes (like Outlook Express) that requires paying.
