Stupid Catlady! I didn't notice that you were looking for SKIRT 
patterns, Zeff8 having said that Simplicity makes an easy one. I 
personally doubt the existence of an easy, pleasted (oxymoron!) 
skirt pattern, but the ONLY pleated skirt pattern I found in on-line 
catalog was Design 8680, which isn't really the same as the uniform 
skirt.
