Probably that he should expand. Florean's place is in Diagon Alley, and
Haggridd and Amy are over in Hogsmeade. I imagine there's an ice cream place
there, and I also suppose that Amy, being a L.O.O.N., can Apparate from
Florean's and back. L.O.O.N.s have all sorts of mystical powers.
