It looks to me like it's a catalog sent to bookstores/dealers to order stock for
their store, or to libraries (because of the different binding types availible,
and by the technical stuff listed at the bottom of the page about how many books
are in a carton and stuff like that).  If so, JKR wouldn't have a whole lot of
say in whether or not her book was listed in the catalog.  That's really out of
her control.
