HP books for the big screen!

I reply:

William Goldman? INCONCIEVABLE!! The Princess Bride is one of, if not THE, best movies I've ever seen. I just recently got the book (by William Goldman), and it's just as fun. Oh, and if you're looking for other fantasies to compare with HP, Lloyd Alexander's Prydain Chronicles are very fun. They've got quite a few of the elements Harry Potter does: a hero that doesn't know he was a hero, an all-powerful evil wizard guy, and of course, the 3rd person-speaking servant (Gurgi wants some crunchings and munchings from kind master!).

"No... Well, yes, but that's beside the point."
