Crumpets

Remember that discussion a couple of weeks ago about muffins and 
related goodies?  Well, I complained that crumpets were impossible to 
find in the U.S. and someone suggested Trader Joes.  So, I went to 
Trader Joes and bought a few bags, and I am very happy.

I have been eating crumpets like crazy.  They are very yummy.  They 
are delicious with butter and jam.  They are also good with cheese 
and ham.  (Listen to me; I sound like Dr. Seuss -- I would in eat 
them in a box.  I would eat them with a fox.)

I can't remember who recommend Trader Joe's crumpets, but whoever it 
is gets the Joywitch Award for Yumminess.  Thanks.
