I dare say it would depend on the post 
office...and how busy they are.  Very 
like those letters are sent back to sender.

I do know that some USPS workers give the 
"Dear Santa" letters *very* special treatment 
indeed.  <g>  Just imagine how THOSE are 
addressed!
