I'd recommend it - sweet romantic comedy set in the 1980's with a 
lot of fun 80's music.  The little old lady is Sandler's singing 
pupil and learns the following songs to sing to her husband at their 
wedding anniversary:

Till there was you

and Rappers Delight. 

See it if you can - I almost died laughing at this - she does 
Rappers Delight pretty good!

One of Sandler's best IMHO.
