Haha... in Alabama, at least at the University of Alabama in 
Tuscaloosa, it is believed that the number one cause of power outages 
at that university is squirrels. Apparently they enjoy chewing their 
way through the electrical wiring, especially the lines that go into 
and out of the University's computer hub.
