What a coincidence!  I'd just revisited the plan I'd meant to 
implement oh so long ago by creating a database table here on OTC so 
that anyone and everyone can enter their fic recommendations.  Since 
this is such a recurring topic here, thought a table would be a good 
idea.  

The table is up, requests basically the same info Heidi asks for 
above, so please, everyone, go load it up!
