Magical announcement

Mr Ronald Rumgo, of the Ministry of Magic, today made the following 
announcement.

"The Gnome Office wishes to clarify the situation with regards to 
Gnome Registration.

We have known gnomes, who are gnomes we know we know.  We also know 
there are de-gnomed gnomes; that is to say there are some gnomes we 
know we no longer know.  But there are also unknown de-gnomed 
gnomes - the ones we don't know we de-gnomed, so we think they're 
known gnomes when in fact they're known no more.

We wish to make clear that all known gnome de-gnomers know de-
gnoming unknown de-gnomed gnomes is a no-no."
