It's celebrated in much the same way as Valentine's - if you have 
an SO you take them out or give them a present and if you don't 
you try to pretend that it's a completely ordinary day. :-)

Thanks, by the way, to Susanne, Kelley and Catlady, for all that 
stuff about the history of Valentine's Day.  I always assumed it 
was just a Hallmark holiday.  Doesn't make it any less contagious, 
though.
