Do they celebrate Valentine's Day outside the U.S.?

Me:
Yes, it's is, although the calendar is different. It's only February 
14th by the Old Style, the one that's only used by the Russian 
Orthodox Church, but by the New Style (or whatever it's called in 
English), St. Cyrill's day is 13 days later, February 27th.
