Well, I am very taken with the pairing of Snape and the OC witch 
Raven Mordent (what a name!) in Stacy Hart's novel "Darkly Inclined", 
currently in progress on Schnoogle.com. I haven't read a lot of HP 
fan fics (yet) because I only started reading them about 6-7 weeks 
ago after seeing CoS, but this is one of my favorites right now.
