Does anyone else remember this article?

I believe the BBC site had an article around the time of the CoS film 
release in which JKR said that OoP was to be a calm-before-the-storm, 
school-centered sort of story. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find 
this article again. Was I dreaming? Did anyone else see this? If so, 
what might it mean for our speculative purposes?
