All I can think of offhand is somebody reacting to her film, 'Bastard 
Out of Carolina' which includes quite graphic scenes of child abuse and 
rape.

That is, if any thought was put into the allegation at all.

Pretty close to another word for child abuser, or rapist. Basically a 
pedophile.
