Nimbus 2003 registration for sale

I am registered for Nimbus 2003 next weekend, but due to some 
unfortunate financial problems, I am unable to go.  I registered when 
the cost was $149, and I believe the cost is now $179.  I would like 
to sell my registration to someone who wants to go but can not afford 
the $179.  I am flexible about the price -- I mostly would like to 
enable someone else to go and get some of my money back.
