I need to find a lawyer

You need someone who specializes in labor law. Unfortunately I don't 
know anyone in San Antonio who does that (though I do have a bunch of 
non-HP friends there). The one person I do know who is an experienced 
labor attorney is unavailable, as he is now head of a very large 
state agency here in Wisconsin and he probably already works 12 hours 
per day. You might consider filing a grievance with the National 
Labor Relations Board. My husband did that many years ago (before I 
met him) when he got shafted by the newspaper chain he worked for.
