HPfGU's 10,000 milestone

Cindy, the main HP list had about 4,900 members as of late 11/02 when 
I joined. I think it had about 7,500 right before time OotP was 
released, so (if my figuring is right) it's gained 2,500 members in 
just the last MONTH. So... 11,000 by October 3 seems too late for me. 
I'll guess 11,000 by no later than September 1.

At any rate, it's too big and busy for me and I can't possibly keep 
up... so I'm just avoiding it for the foreseeable future. I do have a 
canon question but I'm not sure I'm prepared to ask it on the main 
list... I'm wondering if the Marauders and Lily were really as young 
as we'd been figuring prior to OotP. Oh well.
