Totaly off topic, help request

Can anyone tell me where I can find a program, that will look at my favorites folders,
and print out in www dot format, all the website addresses found in each one?

Or is there a way for me to do it without having to manualy go to each site in explorer, cut and paste the addy to a text file?

I want to post some web page addys to another group, one person has asked for my HP shopping folder.
I run XP, thanks.
